Cheryl Cole’s representatives have confirmed that she is launching legal action against NOW magazine.
The ‘Fight For This Love’ singer pressed charges after claims of an affair with DJ Harvey were published in the international magazine.
The claims initially started after DJ Harvey, who is married to Javine Hylton, tweeted Cheryl saying that he had evidence of their relationship which he claims happened shortly after her divorce from Ashley Cole.
Cheryl bit back against the allegations saying “"Was this 'relationship' happening in your head @harveyofficial?! Are you smoking something?"
The ‘Parachute’ singer also added: "I think I've met you once maybe twice at public events and with your wife!! #s**tjustgetsweirder."
After sparking angered tweets from both Cheryl and her band mate, Nicola Roberts, DJ Harvey clarified his comments in an interview with Choice FM. In the interview, he stated they had more of a "communication relationship", adding that he's "never been" with Cheryl.
Cheryl’s representatives said: "Cheryl's lawyers have asked to see Mr Harvey's alleged e-mails which the magazine says are "proof" of the "romance" but it claims not to have them in its possession. Mr Harvey's claims are denied by Cheryl and she looks forward to seeing both him and the magazine in Court at the very earliest opportunity."
Adele wins big!

Everybody was glued to any source of information that surrounded the Grammy’s. Winning a Grammy is what any musician can only hope for.
Yet Adele, the humble powerhouse singer from Tottenham, bagged a mega six awards – all the awards she was nominated for.
Her success at the 54th Grammy Awards was only ever replicated by Beyonce in 2010, who also had six Grammy’s under her belt. Whilst accepting her award, an emotional Adele said:
"Oh my god. Thank you so much. Mum, I love you, I'm so sorry you're not here." Speaking about her global hit, Someone Like You, she added: "This record is inspired by something that's really normal and everyone's been through it. It's just a rubbish relationship."
Without letting a star studded event get her feet off the ground, the Londoner received a roar of laughter from musical royalty in the audience after humourously saying: "Oh, I got a bit of snot."
The awards included Record of the Year, Song of the Year and the coveted Album of the Year accolade for her record-breaking LP, 21. All this, from a girl who is yet to celebrate her 25th Birthday.
Chris Brown to remain supervised

Chris Brown may have thought that assaulting Rihanna back in 2009 was water under the bridge.
Any such hopes have been dashed, after a judge ruled that Chris Brown must remain on supervised probation after the brutal attack carried out on the ‘Umbrella’ singer.
According to the Associated Press, Chris Brown’s attorney asked for his probation to end due to his good behaviour.
However, Superior Court judge George Lomeli, banished these requests, saying that he should keep reporting to a probation officer in his hometown of Virginia.
Chris Brown, also known as Chris Breezy, completed an anger management course and also domestic violence counselling. The hearing came just days before Brown and Rihanna are due to return to the Grammy stage for the first time since the February 2009 assault.
