Gifts for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Baby Blue

E-mail Print PDF
What do you buy for the baby whose parents have everything?

What could you buy for the bundle of joy that’s daughter to musical royalty?

High profile celebrities have already welcomed Blue Ivy Carter and flourished her with gifts.
Well, only Lady Gaga would send a gift of a pink babygro with the words ‘Little Monster.’ The Born This Way singer calls her fans ‘Little Monsters’ , recorded a song called ‘Monster’ and did a tour called ‘The Monster Ball.’

Jay-Z has already written a song for Blue (oh...and it features her). Kelly Rowland is said to have taken the fashionable route and bought her a onesie from an extravagant boutique called Lucky Wang.  The former Destiny's Child member has also gifted the couple a $5,200 Swarovski crystal baby bathtub.

Aunt O – also known as Oprah Winfrey – bought the little one a trunk full of children’s books.
Welcomed into the world in a way appropriate for the offspring of Beyonce and Jay-Z, we can be sure that there’s plenty more where those gifts came from...Especially with Rihanna being your auntie!

Amy Tribute Concert ‘planned for summer’

A tribute concert in memory of late singer Amy Winehouse, is to be held in the summer. The Sun Newspaper has reported that Amy’s dad, Mitch, is in talks with broadcasters, venues and gig managers to organise an event to remember the life and music of Amy. A source said: "All options are open at the moment but one idea is to make fans pay a few quid to watch the concert.”

Big artists from either sides of the Atlantic will be booked to perform, so that there’s something for everyone. Amy was found dead last year on the 23rd of July in her Camden home. All proceeds raised from the concert will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
