Happy New Year Bethkia.   Well Christmas has come and gone, the eating and indulging urges have passed and I'm actually scared to get back on the scales!

It's a weird sensation when you notice that your stamina is improving.

It's 4:25am and I have been working since 8pm (after I got home from my day job which is a 9-5!) I am dead tired but this website has to be launched soon.

My family and friends show their concern in emails, texts and Facebook messages, it seems that I'm working myself too hard!

My daily routine has changed since my wife has gone back to work.
